Singing Mamas - Singing for Well Being for New Moms and More!

Did you know that when we sing together our heartbeats sync up?  It's one of the reasons singing together makes us feel better!  Singing Mamas is a women's group for singing for well-being - that means no singing experience needed - if you can talk, you can sing!  We sing simple (but still beautiful) songs taught by ear.  Women of all ages and stages are welcome.  All abilities welcome: no auditions, no sheet music, no pressure.  Starting Wednesday, March 11th in central Oak Park!  About 60 minutes of singing and about 30 minutes of tea and cake and chatting.
