Users may share links to public content on social media provided proper attribution and a direct link are included.
Prohibited Scraping & AI Training
You may not:
- Scrape or systematically extract content or data from the Services
- Use bots, crawlers, spiders, or automated systems to collect information
- Reproduce venue or event databases
- Use Kidlist content or data to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models
- Copy recommendation outputs at scale
- Republish premium or subscriber-only content
- Circumvent technological protections or access restrictions
Unauthorized use of the Services or data may result in termination of access and legal action.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Paid Subscriptions
Certain portions of Kidlist Deluxe may require a paid subscription.
By purchasing a subscription, you agree:
- To provide accurate billing information
- That subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled
- That pricing may change with reasonable notice
- That access may be suspended for failed payments
Unless otherwise stated, subscription fees are non-refundable.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will apply to future billing periods and will not retroactively refund prior charges.
Advertising & Sponsored Content
The Services may include sponsored content, affiliate links, featured placements, local sponsorships, or paid promotions.
Kidlist may receive compensation from advertisers, sponsors, or affiliate programs.
Sponsored content does not guarantee editorial endorsement or ranking placement.
Event & Venue Disclaimer

Kidlist is not responsible for:
- Changes in hours or availability
- Pricing changes
- Event cancellations
