It’s that time again: the kids are back in school, and the weather is slowly cooling. Soon the leaves will be changing and autumn will have arrived. Northerly Island– Great views of Lake Michigan with the skyline behind you

Graue Mill Hinsdale/Fullersburg Woods, Oak Brook: lovely bridges, great fall foliage and stone steps. The Frederick Graue House is also a great backdrop.

Katherine Legge Memorial Park, Hinsdale: Older stone buildings and walls, pretty painted gates doorways, and mature trees
