The Biggest, Best Guide to Indoor Play Areas in the Chicagoland Suburbs

Indoor play areas are perfect for all the weather elements we get dealt in Chicago. Whether it’s rainy, snowy, hot, or freezing, an indoor play area gives your child the space they need to explore and burn off some excess energy. Our play area guide encompasses indoor play gyms, indoor inflatables, indoor playgrounds, and even restaurants with indoor play spaces.

Some tips when you visit an indoor play area: Bring your coffee, extra socks for the you and your kids, and water bottles and small snack for your kids. Most places won’t let you bring outside food, but a small snack from home is often fine. Enjoy these indoor play areas in the west and southwest suburbs (and a bit beyond)!

This guide is sponsored by Naperville Park District and the featured listings.
