World’s Largest Swimming Lesson: Lions Park Pool Location

Dive in to earn a spot in the Guinness Book of World Records!  The Clarendon Hills Park District’s Lions Park Pool, 100 Byrd Court, will be a sight for the World’s Largest Swimming Lesson at 11 a.m. on Thursday, June 20.  On this date, pools and water parks across the globe will be holding complimentary lessons in order to encourage parents to have all children learn to swim at an early age.  At the Lions Park complex, children, tweens and teens ages 3-16 will enjoy a free, 30 minute lesson, while learning about water safety.  Please pre-register on or before June 18.  Registration remains open at the Clarendon Hills Park District Community Center, 315 E. Chicago Avenue.
