Let’s Go Fly A Kite

FreeBring your kite and help us celebrate Unplug Illinois. Fly on your own or participate in a kite-flying contest. The categories may include the biggest kite, smallest kite, highest-flying kite, most unusual kite, and others. Register onsite for the contests. Information on Illinois Park District Youth License Plate will be available on site. New this year. The first 12 families will receive a free kite to fly and take home (one kite per family).
