Friends with Disabilities Carnival

FreeThe Village of Willow Springs and All Around Amusement is hosting a free carnival for children and adults with disabilities.
This is a private event for children and adults with disabilities, and their immediate families. The Willow Fest festival grounds will be closed to the general public during this special event. For questions, please email Mayor Melissa Neddermeyer at mneddermeyer@willowsprings-il.gov
