Attack the PAC Tri

$25Participants will compete in a 400 yard swim (8 laps). Then transition to a 5 mile spin bike ride. Then finish with a 1 mile run. The participant’s time will be recorded from start to finish. There are no timed breaks and legs are not timed separately. T-shirts are inlcuded in the registration fee for all pre-registered participants of the event. Fee $25 per participant. Location – Pavilion Aquatics Center and Outdoors. Start time is 6am with heats offered every 20 minutes. The last heat will be offered at 9:40am.
