The Social Play is having their soft opening on Monday, September 30, 2024 and we’re excited to give you a sneak peek! It’s clear that the owners, Cristina and Anthony, have a heart for making a fun indoor play place while creating a relaxing space for parents and caregivers. They are open to feedback from the community and look forward to serving your families.
Features of The Social Play
The Social Play is a sock-free space to explore, pretend play, climb, and slide.
Everything is geared towards little ones, with pretend kitchens, laundry, latches and gears to manipulate and turn, cars and scooting bikes, and even an adorable campfire to roast marshmallows.
The play structure has stairs as well as a rock climbing ramp to climb to the top before sliding down. There’s also a cute playhouse underneath.
The baby area will be getting more reading chairs to read books from the shelf with your kids and there are soft play elements perfect for babies and toddlers.
The Social Play also has posters with developmental milestones that you can reference while you are there. Cristina is a speech pathologist and is looking forward to providing resources for communication development.
Cafรฉ with a Coffee Bar
You can enjoy beverages from the coffee bar, which serves coffee from TASA, a local women-owned roaster dedicated to sourcing beans from women-owned farms. There are tables along the windows to enjoy your coffee or a snack brought from home.
Outside food and beverages is welcomed, but ask that you enjoy them in the cafรฉ area so the fenced-in play area is kept clean.
Bathrooms
There is a restroom towards the back of the space with a changing table. They also have plans to create a private nursing space for moms behind the play space.
Pricing for The Social Play
Admission is $14 for the first child and $10 for each additional sibling. Babies under 6 months old are free when accompanied by a child with paid admission. If you would like to visit The Social Play with just your baby, admission is $10.
Monthly memberships are also available.

The Social Play is currently open Monday through Friday from 9am-4pm.
