Hershey Super Sweet Adventure is a hands-on, story-driven adventure full of interactive experiences inspired by all your favorite Hershey Treats. During your visit, you’ll earn the special title of “Sweet Seeker in Training” as you test each creation for perfection.
This family friendly experience is ideal for the ages of 3 to 11, but chocolate lovers of all ages (and anyone with a sweet tooth) will enjoy the activities and challenges during the adventure.
Expect to spend about an hour at this experience. You can spend as much time as you’d like doing each activity, and you can come back to ones that you enjoy most for multiple attempts. There were so many bright colors, surprise elements, and even a station to showcase your artistic side.
Limited standby tickets are sold at the door, but it is encouraged to purchase them online in advance. They do host parties onsite and are fully accessible for guests with many different disabilities and neurodiversities. We raced in the Twizzlers Obstacle Maze.
Unfortunately the Wifi was down when we visited, so many of the elements that made the experience customizable and interactive weren’t available. This could have been a kink they were working out since we attended on the first day, but maybe something to ask about before going.
We were still able to customize Hershey’s bar to take home, which was fun.
Food
No outside food or drink is permitted. However, there are surprise goodies at the end once your adventure is complete. If your family has allergies, we recommend asking about the goody bags first. There are also plenty of yummy items to purchase in the gift shop.
Parking
Water Tower Place is offering discounted parking in their garage. Parking is available at a discounted rate at this link. Use code WTP24 to access a special $15 rate for up to 3 hours. We found the parking garage difficult to find and ended up finding street parking even though we purchased the garage parking pass, so we recommend leaving extra time for parking.
Restrooms
There are no restrooms located inside the experience. The closest restrooms are located on the 3rd floor inside Water Tower Place.
Hours and Pricing
General Admission is $24 and you can reserve your date and time online in advance. Children under 2 years old are free. Purchase a Super Sweet Ticket for $60 if you would like to customize your own Hershey bar wrapper, add a photo package, and receive 20% off retail prices at the gift shop.
Groups, schools, and scouts tickets start at $17 each and have a minimum of 10 tickets per group.
