oh YAY! it’s your day was started by craft-loving graphic designer Katie DiCola when she realized how much fun she was having planning and pulling together creative activities for her two girls, who are joyful little makers. She loves kids get into making something and taking pride in their ability to create.
Katie is a skilled online shopper, loves a deal and will look through 15 pages of results (on 4 different sites!) to find the best options—weighing quality, ease of use, safety, fun, and all the things. She values the personalization aspect of keying into a child’s unique interests, allowing them to feel seen and loved, and to share in what they love with their friends.
Katie grew up in Downers Grove and now lives in Riverside with her husband, their 2 daughters and a kitten who is secretly a 19-year-old cat.
