Kids Find Balance at These Local Yoga Classes for Kids

Yoga classes for kids are growing in popularity. Yoga offers little ones all the physical benefits it offers adults (balance, flexibility, and strength) . . . but also offers little minds focus and relaxation. My children love doing yoga at home with me, so I can’t wait to check out some of these classes for them! Some studios even offer adult classes at the same time as a children’s class, so we can all leave refreshed. Check out some of these classes with your little yogis. Namaste!

About the Author

Rachel Matuch
Rachel is a mom to two boys (ages 2 and 4) who "certainly has her hands full," as strangers in grocery stores tell her. She's doing her best to keep up and get comfortable with the mud pies and tree-climbing her kids love. In addition to writing and editing, Rachel frequently pillages the Naperville library, plays nerdy board games with her husband, and collapses into a tired heap at 8:30 p.m.
