Indoor and Outdoor Ice Skating Rinks in the Southwest Suburbs

Kids back in school, holiday decorations are packed, and the last of the holiday treats have been eaten… but winter will be sticking around Chicagoland for a while! When I think of getting through these next few months, I think of ways to stay active and busy with my kids. What better way than hitting the ice rink?!  Ice skating is a wonderful activity for kids young and old. Many rinks, indoor and outdoor, offer open skate at varying times. Outdoor rinks can be weather dependent if they don’t have their own refrigeration system, so make sure to call or check the website before heading out. Lace up your skates and get out there!
