Taste of Des Plaines

Taste of Des Plaines is a summer street festival that appeals to all ages with two stages for live entertainment, family activities, beer tents, local food vendors and more!
Come and listen to live music beginning at 5 p.m. on Friday and 1 p.m. on Saturday, and don’t forget to stop by our photo op. Entertainment includes Sixteen Candles, Semple, Ultrabeat, and Hillbilly Rockstarz, among others. Kick off your summer with us by grabbing a bite to eat and listening to live music at Taste of Des Plaines!
*NEW! Taste of Des Plaines is going cashless in 2024*
Beginning in 2024, the Taste of Des Plaines will be a cashless event. Please note that food and alcohol purchases will require a debit card, credit card, or a cashless mobile payment application (Apple Pay, Google Pay). Taste of Des Plaines will NOT sell or require tickets to purchase food and alcohol.
The shift to a cashless event will enhance attendee satisfaction through faster transactions, increased security, and a seamless overall experience.
