Enjoy a bilingual story time celebrating Halloween and Dia De Los Muertos alongside Princess Rapunzel! Story time will be followed by a costume parade through the library, so dress in your favorite costume! All ages welcome. ** Tickets available at the Children’s Services Desk 30 minutes before the program.
