Lacrosse has been growing in popularity here in Chicagoland over the last several years. Now kids as young as four years old are learning the game! We’ve compiled a list of places that offer classes, camps, and teams depending on what level of gameplay your kids are looking for.

Lacrosse Classes and Clinics in the West Suburbs
East Ave Lacrosse
Class locations include Burr Ridge, Elmhurst, Glen Ellyn, Hinsdale, La Grange, Lemont, Naperville, Oak Park, River Forest, Oswego, and Wheaton. 5 years old and up; different locations start at different ages. Check the website for specifics of each location.
Elmhurst Lacrosse
Practices at Berens Park Turf in Elmhurst. Teams offered for players in Kindergarten through 8th grade.

Northwest Hawks Lacrosse
Practices and games out of West Chicago and Carol Stream
Boys lacrosse club teams beginning at U10 and up.
Lemont Indians Lacrosse
Indoor practices held at Compass Arena in Willowbrook; outdoor practices held at Bambrick Park in Lemont. Teams offered for grades 1 – 8. Games are played within the Illinois Boys Lacrosse Association, but girls are welcome to join teams, too.
True Lacrosse
Several teams in Chicagoland area, including boys’ and girls’ teams near Schaumburg, Lombard and Chicago. Starts at 4th grade girls and boys.

Second City Lacrosse Club offers both boys and girls travel teams, beginning at U8 divisions, all the way to high school teams. They also partner with local organizations for youth camps and clinics in Barrington, Deerfield, Glenview, Mount Prospect and Palatine.
Park Ridge Hawks Lacrosse
Boys, girls, and co-ed teams hosted out of Park Ridge, Niles, Des Plaines and the northwest side of Chicago. Opportunities for kids in grades 1-8.
