Hyper Kidz Bolingbrook is opening Saturday, March 2, 2024! My four year old and I were able to get a sneak peek look at the newest indoor playground in our area. This 14,000 square foot play space is the ideal place for climbing, jumping, sliding, running and exploring! My daughter loved all the bright colors, great music, and she was able to actively enjoy every space in the facility at her age.
Please note that your child will need socks to play, but socks can be purchased for onsite if needed. Keep reading for more details on what you can expect during your first visit.
Features of Hyper Kidz Bolingbrook
There are so many wonderful features: multi-level climbing structures, an awesome LED dance floor, and motorized revolving rides. Hyper Kidz has areas designated for play for ages 0-13.
Within the larger structure, kids can jump on small trampolines, walk across bridges, slide on mini slides and play in the nooks and ball pits. Some of the climbing spaces are pretty narrow, so wear comfortable clothing in case you decide to play too!
It was fun to watch as my daughter went from space to space exploring and running with excitement – even in the mini zone that is meant for the younger babies and tots. There’s also plenty of seating around the perimeter of each space so you can keep a close eye on them as they play and run around each section.
We spent the most time dancing on the LED dance floor! If you have a little dancer in your life, this will sure be the spot for them to show their moves. They had the theme set to nature, but they will have different themes on rotation and can even put up pictures of your child for birthday parties!
Waiver
Every guest of Hyper Kidz must sign a waiver before playing. You can fill it out when you arrive, or save time by heading to their online waiver ahead of time.
Food
You are encouraged to bring snacks for kids, but the facility is nut free so please keep this in mind as you bring in any outside snacks. They do sell a large variety of snacks like chips, bagged popcorn, cookies, water, juice boxes, coffee, soda and fruit cups.
Bathrooms and Lactation Room
There are restrooms and changing tables within the facility. There is also a designated area for nursing and a break room for sleeping or resting babies.
Hours and Pricing
Hyper Kidz Bolingbrook is open Monday through Saturday from 9am-8pm and Sunday from 9am-7pm.
Monday through Thursday infants (0-11 months old) without a sibling is $9.99, 1-2 years olds are $12.99, and 3-13 year olds are $14.99. Friday through Sunday, the prices are $14.99, $17.99, and $19.99, respectively. Two adults are free with a paid child’s admission (limit two adults per family) and the third adult is $6.99. Infants (0-11 months old) are free with a paid sibling.

Wednesdays are called “Wonderful Wednesdays” at Hyper Kidz because they offer $9.99 play all day for all ages.
Recommended Ages and Play Zones
Mini Zone
A self-contained play area catering to babies and toddlers ages 0-2 featuring ocean-themed soft play equipment that is low to the ground with extensive padding and no sharp edges. Mini Zone welcomes parents of babies and toddlers to join in the fun directly within the play area.
Kid Zone
A play area designated for children ages 2-7 featuring a 2-story balloon house, motorized revolving rides, slides, a ball pit, spinning palms, a building block room, a giant light-up wall, various rides with moving parts, and an LED air slide. To encourage active participation by parents, this play area has a visually open design with comfortable seating around the perimeter offering a full view of the play equipment.
Big Kid Zone
This is the largest area consisting of a giant 4-story play pavilion for children 4 feet and over (or ages 3-13) featuring of a series of colorful tube slides, wave and spiral slides, obstacles, ramps, and over 20 interactive play activities within.
Adults are also welcome to play throughout the space, but should follow all signs indicating height and weight restrictions. They can not play or sit on attractions in the mini zone and this will be enforced by floor staff.
Best Days/Times To Go
The staff said they anticipate weekends to be hectic with birthday parties and events. Be sure to check their facebook page to ensure they have not reached capacity at the time you will be arriving.
