StoryWalk at the Riverwalk

FreeCombine the benefits of literacy, physical fitness, and family fun while walking along the Riverwalk. Pages from a featured picture book will be posted along a designated path. Maps will be available at the starting point and participants can read and stroll at their own pace. Craft kits will be provided at the end of the StoryWalk® for children to assemble at the Grand Pavilion or at home. DuPage Children’s Museum will have portable versions of their educational exhibits. Presented in partnership with Naperville Public Library, DuPage Children’s Museum, and Naperville Park District. In the event of inclement weather, this program will be cancelled.
The StoryWalk® Project was created by Anne Ferguson of Montpelier, VT and developed in collaboration with the Kellogg-Hubbard Library. StoryWalk® is a registered service mark owned by Ms. Ferguson.
