Riverside Fest
Tickets are on sale for Riverside Fest, an afternoon of local food and drink, put on by the Riverside Junior Woman’s Charity, which is a a 501(c)3 supporting kids, veterans, women, and families in need. Funds raised from the event will go directly back into the community.
For kids, there is a “sweet treat” option for $35 that provides desserts from Aunt Diana’s Old Fashioned Fudge, London Ice Cream and Sawmilly Sandwich Shop (and ice cream purveyor). There will also be a music performance by Miss Molly and her Ukulele for kids.
There are also two kids raffles, which include kid-related gift certificates for food and experiences, including gift cards from Asiano, Brookfield Zoo, Junction Diner, Let Hair Go, Miss Mickey’s Dance, Ninja Squad Gym, Tropical Sno Events, London Ice Cream, and Stella’s Batting Cages. Raffle tickets may be purchased separately ($25 each raffle ticket) and you do not need to be present at the event to win.
