Reader's Theater & Backstage Pass
Tuesday, July 14, 2026 · 6:30 PM – 8:00 PM
Plant a seed, read and watch your story grow! Kids will explore fun, nature-inspired stories, practice reading them aloud, and then bring them to life with puppets and costumes for a one-of-a-kind performance. Along the way, they'll build fluency, expression, and confidence. No experience needed, just a love of adventure and a big imagination! Early reading skills are helpful for this program.
While the kids rehearse, caregivers get a rare moment to recharge. Help yourself to light refreshments, browse our curated book display, and enjoy some peaceful time at the Library. Come together at the end of the program to cheer on your storyteller as they take the stage! Grandparents, caregivers, and all the reading role models in your child’s life are welcome to join.
