Postpartum Support Group

Connect with other mothers to help cope with daily parenthood stressors and learn about the risks, symptoms, and treatment options for perinatal moods and anxiety disorders. This free support group takes place on the 1st & 3rd Tuesday of each month.

Note that you do not need to be a Northwestern Hospital patient to participate. Sponsored by Hopeful Beginnings and Options & Advocacy for McHenry County. Babies are welcome!
