Mrs. Dipsworth’s Storytime

Join us at The DuSable Black History Museum and Education Center for Mrs. Dipsworth’s Storytime, a monthly celebration of books, culture, history, imagination, and the beautiful diversity that makes our world special. Each storytime features Mrs. Dipsworth's classic singing and dancing, as well as a unique book and message, giving children and families something new to look forward to each day.

Through engaging storytelling and powerful messages, these gatherings encourage kids to learn, dream big, celebrate Black culture, and understand the importance of loving and respecting everyone no matter their background.
