Los Gatos Salvajes

Los Gatos Salvajes is Wheeling High School’s vibrant Mariachi band, directed by Marlyn Barrera-Carrera. The group performs traditional Mexican music at school and community events, offering students a powerful way to connect with and celebrate their Mexican heritage and culture.

Chamber Orchestra

Chamber Orchestra is one of Wheeling High School’s premier music ensembles, also directed by Marlyn Barrera-Carrera. This group performs classical and contemporary works at school concerts and community events, giving students the opportunity to grow as musicians while celebrating the rich tradition of orchestral music.
