Juneteenth Festival
June 11, 2023, 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm
This second annual event brings awareness to the African-American culture, commemorating the emancipation of enslaved African-Americans.
The festivities will offer a time to reflect on history, support local businesses, learn about health and wellness, and introduce hockey to an underrepresented community within the sport.
Fifth Third Arena’s Juneteenth Festival is free and open to the public!
Event Activities:
– Vendor showcase in the Chicago Blackhawks private gym
– Hockey Clinics in the off-ice skills studio
– On-Ice Entertainment
– Open Skating
– Educational videos and slideshows in the Hockey Operations Suite
– Game Lounge in the Rooftop Room and Rooftop Deck
