Halloween Festival and Parade
A Spooktacular event where children with their parents participate in the parade, costume contests for humans and their furry friends and trick-or-treating at participating local businesses. You won’t be able to miss the Halloween jugglers as you walk around downtown. Come out to enjoy this classic BOO-tiful Glen Ellyn tradition!
