Crafting a la Cache: Knit a Toque
November 9, 2022, 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm
FreeREGISTER BY NOVEMBER 6
The voyageurs called them toques; today we call them beanies. Whatever the name, a knit wool cap is iconic and essential for winter weather! Join a naturalist for beginner-friendly instruction on how to finger knit your own winter beanie, and learn about the voyageurs and 18th-century headwear while you craft.
The event is BYOY (bring your own yarn); suggested is two skeins with a weight of 5.
