On July 13 and 14, from 9 am to 1 pm, Wonder Works Children’s Museum will host our third annual outdoor festival to celebrate the magic and science of bubbles. For two days, children and their families can enjoy a variety of outdoor activities involving bubbles in all shapes and sizes.

Tickets for Bubble Works 2024 will be $5 for members (including CLIMB members from all Chicago area children’s museums), $15 for non-members, and $3 for individual with a LINK or EBT card who qualify for Museums for All. Bubble Works Outdoor Festival admission does not include admission to Wonder Works Children’s Museum.

Each Bubble Works ticket has an entry window of one hour. Once you enter Bubble Works within your entry window, you can stay as long as you want!

Bubble Works activities will include:

• Performances by Glowby the Bubbler,
• Giant foam play pit with a bubble cannon,
• Create giant bubbles in our bubble playground,
• Building bubble sculptures and bubble chains,
• Creating a custom beaded bubble wand,
• Mixing your own custom scented and colored bubble solutions,
• Using science to create bubbles of different shapes and sizes,
• and our signature scavenger hunt!
