A Note on Costumes
Costumes are encouraged but not required, and Center on Halsted invites all Boo-tacular attendees to contribute to this welcoming and inclusive afternoon. To that end, costumes must refrain from:

โ€ข Cultural appropriation
โ€ข Weapons, prop weapons, and anything that could be mistaken for a weapon
โ€ข Masks covering the entire face

Individuals with costumes pieces that do not fit within these guidelines may be asked to remove them.
