Smithsonian Museum Day
Museum day brings together museums, zoos, and cultural centers from all 50 states to offer free admission to all Museum Day ticket holders. Museum Day represents a national commitment to access, equality, and inclusion. Join us as we celebrate the Lapidary Arts with artist demonstrators from the West Suburban Lapidary Club. See cutting and polishing stone, wire-wrap, silversmithing, carving and bead stringing, and the Museum’s exhibits.
