River Run 5K, 10K and Kids Dash
The 5K and 10K River Run takes place annually on the first Saturday of October up and down the scenic Fox River. The USA Track and Field (USATF) certified course starts and finishes in front of the Village Hall, 200 N. River St., Montgomery. This is the perfect race for all ages and abilities. Pets, kids, and strollers can walk/run the 5K course! The racecourse map is linked below.
KIDS DASH (0.25mi)
In 2024, the River Run added a fun, untimed kids race from Montgomery Park to the finish line. All kids who participate will receive a special Kids Dash medal. Shirts are not included in the pricing but may be added ala carte through registration.
