Shenanigans on the Green: Northwest Celtic Fest
The Shenanigans on the Green festival is back for 2025! Join us this Saturday, Aug. 9 at the Virginia Mary Hayter Village Green, 5510 Prairie Stone Parkway, from 1 to 11 p.m. for this fun cultural event.
Festival activities include:
Celtic Marketplace,
Whiskey tasting,
Birds of prey demonstrations,
Chicago Sword Play Guild demonstrations,
Soul Harbor mini horse meet and greet,
Clan meet and greet,
Corgi races,
Free kids’ activities.
Authentic Celtic fare and a variety of beer and other beverages will be available for purchase. Admittance and parking for Celtic Fest are free. Parking is available in the Tate & Lyle parking lot at 5450 Prairie Stone Parkway, which has a foot path leading to the Village Green. Visit the Shenanigans on the Green website for more information.
