Introduction to Scratch
March 22, 10:00 am - 11:30 am
FreeAn instructor from Arrayscape Gaming will teach the basics of Scratch coding. Elementary-aged students in grades 2-5 will learn to code with Scratch through this hands-on class. Participants will learn about the basics of the interface, motion and control blocks, creating a bouncing ball and a simple Flappy Bird game. Participants should bring their own laptop or tablet. Library can provide a device if needed. Please let us know if you’ll need a device for the program.
