Hog House to Smokehouse
Find out how sausage and bacon are made at this unique event! See how 19th-century farmers made salted hams, sausage and other pork products to be hung in the smokehouse and eaten throughout winter in the 1880s. Food and refreshments will be available for purchase. Park at St. Matthew Church, following the signs to Heritage Farm. Admission is paid at the event; children 2 and younger are free!
