Glen Ellyns 4th of July Parade and Fireworks
4TH OF JULY PARADE
Everybody loves a parade whether it is for the music, floats, or nostalgia of the red, white and blue. Come and watch your neighbors march with Pride! In 2025 the Parade will be in downtown Glen Ellyn.
Staging area will be surrounding Glenbard West High School. The parade will march westbound on Crescent Blvd from the high school and continue northbound on Main St, and continue east on Linden St to Lake Ellyn Park.
Chairs can be placed along the parade route no sooner than the day prior.
The Parade announcer and Reserved VIP Parade Reviewing Stadium Seating is available at 479 Main Street for ticketed guests.
We are looking for community groups to register to march and be a parade entry!
4TH OF JULY FIREWORKS – Dusk at Lake Ellyn
Join us as Glen Ellyn lights up the skyline celebrating America’s birthday! Grab your blanket and be awed by this star-spangled spectacle of fireworks. Please consider making a donation.
Please note: No sparklers or candles are to be lit at the park. No blankets are allowed on Lake Ellyn Park until the park opens on July 4th at 6 a.m. Do not use rocks or stakes to hold blankets down and they should not be laid on landscape plants.
