First Friday: Community Voices Exhibit Reception
Come explore our new Community Voices exhibit highlighting Aurora’s African American community. Enjoy live readings from the exhibit, free chocolate from Ms. Jana’s Candy, live music, crafts & more!
Our newest Community Voices exhibit showcases the stories of 13 people from Aurora’s African American community. At this First Friday event, we’ll hear from them, but you’ll have opportunities to contribute your voice as well! Collaborate with your community by participating in our Unseen Stories activity and our Hands Together Community Art Project! We’ll also be indulging in scrumptious chocolates from Ms. Jana’s Candy! Treats and activities are available while supplies last.
