Family Night: Visit From a Beekeeper
June 27, 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm
FreeFor families with children of all ages. A beekeeper from Lyman Woods is on-site to share how honeybees function in a colony, beekeeping basics, and how honey gets harvested. Bring a blanket to sit on the lawn. Program is held inside in case of weather issues.
Program note: Live bees are part of this program. While bees are known to be gentle, if you have a bee-sting allergy, consult your healthcare provider with any concerns before attending this program.
