Family Entertainment Night

FreeJune 15: Mad Science – Up, Up and Away! – During this event, experiments demonstrating the principles of air and pressure will captivate the audience. A dry-cleaning bag that becomes a hot air balloon, creating air vortexes with a vortex generator, and an exothermic reaction will leave the audience “blown” away. Recommended age: 6 and up.
June 22: Mike Mauthe – Mike is a one-man variety sensation who has pleased audiences for years with his arsenal of talents.
June 29: Magic of Sean Masterson – Sean Masterson’s family magic show is a blend of humor, whimsy, and impressive illusions. His magical performance is intriguing for the whole family. Please register each person attending.
July 13: Tall Tales & Silly Songs of Todd Downing – Join us for Todd Downing’s concert with his lively kids’ tunes, wild dancing, and fun for the whole family. Please register each person who will attend.
July 20: Science Heroes “Saving Earth Together” – A team of unlikely heroes must work all together to stop a super polluting mastermind! Throughout the story, volunteers help conduct amazing science experiments about the laws of motion, chemical reactions, air pressure and more! This program is recommended for ages 6 and older. Please register each person who will attend.
August 3: Bright Star Presents: Aesop’s Fables – Perfect for younger audiences, these classic tales entertain while sharing a strong message about treating others fairly and knowing right from wrong. Stories like “The Boy Who Cried Wolf,” “The Tortoise and the Hare,” and “The Lion and The Mouse” leave audiences with a message that is both timely, and timeless! Please register each person who will attend.
August 10: Wendy & DB Concert – This bluesy concert features songs about science, nature, diversity, safety and the arts is sure to have the family singing, dancing and moving to the beat. Please register each person who will attend.
