Diwali Party
Let’s celebrate the joyful Festival of Lights with vibrant performances, crafts, and activities. Whether Diwali is part of your family tradition or a new experience, all are welcome!
Best for ages 11 and younger with their families.
Over a billion people from many countries, cultures, and backgrounds worldwide celebrate Diwali!
Though celebrating this holiday may look different for different families, Diwali is a time to celebrate good overcoming evil, symbolized with candles, fireworks, and many other traditions throughout the five-day holiday.
Youth Activities
10-11:30 a.m.
Enjoy crafts and activities in the Youth program room and throughout the Youth department.
Bharatanatyam Dance Performances
10 a.m., 10:45 a.m., and 11:15 a.m.
Meeting Room A
Experience captivating stories of Diwali through music, drama, and dance with the Natya Dance Theatre.
No registration necessary. This is an open house format program. Drop in anytime and stay as long as you like. Last entry is 15 minutes before the program end time. Please note there may be small pieces and adult guidance is encouraged. While supplies last. This drop-in event is allergy-friendly; no food will be served.
