Black History Month Story Time

Read, sing, and celebrate Black History Month with Ms. Annette of Woodson Regional Library and Field Museum staff.
Meet at the Crown Family PlayLab beginning at 10:15 and you will be guided to the Africa hall on the main level. Once there, listen to stories and songs that celebrate African/African American history and culture, view African masks and art. Talk to museum staff during this special story time. The books of the day will be Chicken in the Kitchen and The Leopard’s Drum.
February 15 is Free Day for Illinois residents. If unable to attend in person, this event is also available to attend online via Zoom.
