4th of July Festival
There is no charge to enjoy the Bartlett Festival. The festival including bands and fireworks are funded through the carnival, food, beverages purchases. Please help fund the event by purchasing. (The Village of Bartlett, Police Department, Fire District and Park District provide financial contributions and/or manpower to support the event).
