Ravenswood ArtWalk
September 14, 11:00 am - 6:00 pm
$5 – $10The ultimate end of summer festival returns to Chicago’s North side with the 22nd Annual Ravenswood Artwalk on Saturday, September 14th and Sunday, September 15th. The Greater Ravenswood Chamber of Commerce (GRCC) partners with the historic Ravenswood Industrial Corridor for a weekend that showcases the bustling hub of artisans, manufacturers, and brewers unlike anyplace else in the city!
Each year, over 10,000 visitors explore the Ravenswood ArtWalk, enjoying a weekend of art, music, food, and community while getting a peek inside the spaces that help define Ravenswood. Stretching from Lawrence to Irving Park along Ravenswood Avenue, “RAW” features open studios and galleries, pop-up performances and activations, an Outdoor Arts Market, Children’s Corner, and a pop-up Beer Garden.
Explore over 25 participating locations and shop from hundreds of local artists at this two-day annual celebration of the arts. Attendees will have the chance to connect with artisans of all kinds including painters, jewelers, brewers, teachers, dancers, potters, photographers, musicians, and more. At the event’s center, the Outdoor Arts Market will feature over 60 makers and artisans, live music from local talent, beer from Begyle Brewing, food trucks, and a children’s corner. Crafts and family-friendly activities will be spread throughout the festival.
A few highlights of the ArtWalk include:
· Outdoor Arts Market & Beer Garden (Ravenswood & Berteau): features over 60 local artists, food from Sausage Fest Truck, Hilary’s Cookies, Yum Dum Truck, and more, beer from Begyle Brewing, and a non-alcoholic beverage tent benefiting the Friendship Center Food Pantry.
· Indoor Arts Market: RAW will include two indoor arts markets at Platform Coworking (4422 N Ravenswood) and Live Bash (1801 W Berteau). Explore more buildings along Ravenswood Ave while meeting even more local artists and artisans.
