For grades 1–6. Drop by the library to talk about some of your favorite graphic novels and enjoy some snacks with friends. Our Youth & Teen Resource Services Librarian highlights some of our new titles if you're looking for your next favorite graphic novel.
From sorting pinecones to digging in smooth seeds, children ages 1–5 will explore the sights, smells, and textures that nature has to offer during this free, open-ended experience. Take in a tall tale during story time, get messy at the process art station, sift and scoop at the sensory bin, or make music.
Calling all amateur astronomers and night sky enthusiasts! Bring your own telescope or use ours for an evening of stargazing.

Miss Ginny will share a fun story before we explore some related hands-on activities together. Registration Required: Adults and kids enjoy a brief story in the Discovery Spot, followed by related hands-on sensory play. Our themed activities will include painting, along with some sensory bins and playdough. Stroller parking will be available in Kids Landing.
