Professional balloon artist Gary Kantor will teach the techniques needed to take plain balloons and transform them into incredible balloon animals (like dogs, butterflies, fish, etc.). Kids will go home with the animals they create. This program is brought to you through generous donations to the Tyler Duelm Memorial Fund.
