Celebrate the newly renovated Crabtree Nature Center! Following the ribbon-cutting ceremony, visitors can enjoy tours of the updated nature center, guided walks and nature play activities.
Drop-in event recommended for ages 2-5 years, with participating adult. Hop, skip, and jump through our specially designed active obstacle course for little ones. You’ll be moving and developing early learning skills!
From sorting pinecones to digging in smooth seeds, children ages 1–5 will explore the sights, smells, and textures that nature has to offer during this free, open-ended experience. Take in a tall tale during story time, get messy at the process art station, sift and scoop at the sensory bin, or make music.
Drop-in event for families with children of all ages. We’ll have our favorite high- and low-tech options available for families to explore.
Bring your Barbie and Bestie for a fun night of Dancing at DLD's Dream House! Enjoy learning a fun dance, walking the barbie runway, photo booth, freestyling, and more!
Swing on over to the library for a one of a kind mini-golf experience! Our simple six hole mini-golf course will take you on a beach themed adventure. Refreshments provided.
Use your imagination, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills to experiment with different art forms and media.
