Sing, Dance and Be Silly

When we get really bored at home I play some dance music and act silly. When I can be silly, it’s very contagious and the kids immediately start dancing around and singing. What a great way to get some energy out, have fun, and make memories with your kids! You can also turn it into a follow the leader game and take turns mimicking what the other is doing. It really lightens the mood, lets your kids laugh (at you most of the time), act crazy without being destructive, and get some exercise all at the same time.

It’s good for your kids to see you acting silly sometimes to learn that life doesn’t have to be all serious. Let them express all different emotions!
