My very favorite decorations growing up were a ceramic Christmas tree adorned with dozens of tiny plastic bulbs that lit up our living room (you know the one) and a very spooky ceramic jack-o-lantern that was always surrounded by four miniature pumpkins. All hand painted by my family, all the most special decorations that still light up my parents’ house each year. Times have changed and making your own decorations and pottery has become a thing of the past, but why not introduce a little bit of nostalgia to our youngest generation? Check out these studios where you can sit back and spend some time with the family making memories while painting a bowl, a plate, or a light-up Easter Bunny!
