Ninja classes are the new way to get your little ones moving! It’s a little gymnastics, a little martial arts, and a lot of fun. Described as a fusion of gymnastics, martial arts, obstacle course training, and freestyle movement, Flying High’s Ninja Zone is a great way to let your little one exert some energy. Classes are available for boys and girls at all different levels for ages 3 and up.

Boys in first grade and up can join Aspire’s version of ninja classes called Dudes Flip. These classes incorporate trampoline and gymnastics instruction and are great for any boy who wants to learn to tumble and flip.

Having grown up in Palos Park, Claudia has a great love for the southwest suburbs and the hidden gems of the area. Claudia currently lives in Tinley Park with her husband and four children (two girls, ages 6 and 4 and two boys, ages 3 and 1). When the cold comes, they like to craft, hibernate at the library or indoor play places, and play in the snow. In her tiny sliver of free time, Claudia enjoys sewing, photography, and baking.
