Fruit Picking at Springhope Farm

Many of you were asking where we pick peaches… Springhope Farm in Galien Michigan! We have been going there the last few years and really enjoy it. And this labor day weekend they will have both apples and peaches to pick at the same time!

IMG_2695Springhope Farm is a family friendly fruit farm nestled in the rolling hills of southwest Michigan. This Labor Day weekend kicks off their 2013 fall apple season with plenty of delicious Michigan Apples to pick. Their apple season will last until the end of October, with many varieties to choose from.

Many of the weekends they offer a horse drawn wagon ride through the orchard. There is a picnic area and a portable restroom so you can plan to come and stay awhile.

Springhope Farm is a great place to take your whole family because their trees are on dwarfing root stock, so even the smallest pickers can find some apples. My three year old had no problem picking the peaches as well!
