April 24, 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm
An event every week that begins at 4:00pm on Wednesday, repeating until April 24, 2019
Join us Wednesday evenings and let your kids get a little wild! Whether we’re inside or out, we will be exploring nature, getting our hands dirty, and discovering new things about plants, animals and nature. In the winter months, we bring animal guests once a month – every 3rd Wednesday! Can you find and identify fake bugs in our dig pit? What about going on an adventure through the Conservatory to find rare and unusual plants? This is an evening of imagination and exploration sure to make Wednesday the best day of your child’s week! Drop in with your young one and let the learning begin!
During the cooler months of the year we’re inside in the Elizabeth Morse Genius Children’s Garden where kids can learn about different animals, make observations, become a chef in our soil kitchen and have an animal encounter! Please note that animal guests come once a month on the 3rd Wednesday of the month
*Please note that if you do not choose West or Southwest for the region selection, your event will not appear in the calendar. All events will be reviewed before publishing to the calendar. Event approval usually occurs on Wednesdays; if you need your event to be reviewed before then, please email Annie at firstname.lastname@example.org.
