Moths To a Flame

FreeCelebrate National Moth Week with a night hike and campfire. Moths make up 90% of the butterfly family, yet most of us can only identify one or two of them. Join a naturalist to discover what makes moths special and why we should celebrate this group of insects. Weโll set out on a hike with ultraviolet flashlights to share to aid in searching for hidden insects glowing along the trail. Along the way we will check out our โresearch centersโ to see if we attracted any winged visitors. End the night with a s’more by a cozy bonfire.
